It's a tough 3 stars because the entire property is under renovation as of 3/28/22. Bed was comfortable, staff friendly, and the rate was good compared to downtown prices for the same weekend...giving them an optimists fourth star in the hope their incipient face lift turns out to be a success.

If you are accustomed to a Marriott brand hotel, go somewhere else. We were staying here for a vball tournament and were disappointed. Pros: room was very clean, bed comfy, just remodeled some of the rooms. Cons: the thermostat seems off….can’t set it higher than the hotel allows, restaurant food is “meh”, and I asked for late checkout this morning and I was told by Michael the latest he could was noon, their standard checkout. I have a late flight tonight and it would’ve been nice to come back to the hotel after our games are finished to wait closer to our departure flight time. There is NO ONE at this hotel…most teams are staying downtown. Marriott allows their guests to have late checkout. I feel like I’m staying at a Budget Motel. Thanks a lot Michael and Wyndham for helping your valued guests out. We stayed three nights with you in these tiny little beds which everyone says are smaller than a double and you couldn’t let us checkout a couple of hours later??

It's under renovation, so adjust your expectations in the common areas, but the room was very clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly. I especially enjoyed talking with Theresa, the shuttle driver, on the short drive to the airport.

It’s not a bad stay, there is a lot of construction so there is a lot of noise but what gets me is that on Fridays you have all the cable stations in that last us through the weekend, and then on Monday they shut half of them down they say it’s due to the construction but there’s construction on the weekend so actually you’re only getting half the stations if you’re here on a weekday. But I’ve been here for a few weeks and the same thing happens what gets me is they blatantly lie to me in my face

This room was extremely overpriced, on top of the astronomical nightly rate they tacked on an additional $50 a night for incidentals! There wasn’t anything in this room worth $50. The shower wouldn't drain, the shower head wasn't secure to the wall, the room smelled like stale cigarettes, half of the electrical outlets don’t work and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. Do yourself a favor and stay at the nicer cheaper hotel across the street.
