"I stay here a lot. The price is right but you get what you pay for. My room has always been clean and I've never seen a bug. Bar and breakfast service have been suspended until the mask rules are relaxed - soon I believe. As for the staff they've always been nice to me. My only gripe is the WiFi - it's a hot mess. UPDATE...My WiFi issues may have been room related. It's been fine since leaving room "

"I am giving a 2 because the website advertised a bar, restaurant, free continental breakfast, and a snack bar. The only one of those amenities they had was a "snack bar" which consists of a few candy bars, $. crackers and chips, a few soda choices and water. Apon arrival there was a sign saying hot breakfast was discounted due to covid or staff shortage. When I as the weird front desk guy what was for breakfast he joked a couple packs of crackers, a moon pie, and water. While this was funny, he never actually told me what was for breakfast. The room was nice and comfy but none of the amenities were available."

"First of all, I don’t understand how and why this hotel still operates. Second, the management is awful, there are roaches in the room, the rooms are not clean, the two guys in the front desk are very rude especially the younger one, and they’re low on staffs. I do have to mention that the shuttle bus drivers and the cleaning staff are very pleasant and hard working."

"Stayed here when American Airlines canceled our flight. The rooms were dirty, stained, and we had absolutely no towels. I went to the front desk and the lady behind the counter said "Yeah, we don't have any back here either" so I asked "What are we supposed to do then?" and she just shrugged. Their "every minute" shuttle took almost an hour to arrive also. Do yourself a favor and find another location."

"website advertises a /7 airport shuttle. called the front desk to reserve one for 4:am, and she told me they start at 5am. I let her know that the website says /7 (not her fault, of course, but good for them to know, I would've guessed!). she said I was wrong, that they start at 5am. I said the website was inaccurate, she replied "yes it is" and hung up. we booked two identical rooms. one came fully stocked with bathroom essentials and a tray of bottled waters, the other had no water. conditioner, but no shampoo. you can purchase bottled water at the front desk (no vending machines). the rooms are disgusting. stains all over the couch, smudges on most of the surfaces. the bed being made was THE only evidence that this room had been cleaned. if you'd like a hot cup of coffee in the morning, it'll be served in a melting red solo cup and taste like plastic. signage everywhere will tell you that masks are required, but there was not a single mask in sight, staff included. this is especially concerning for the cleaning staff, who are entering rooms during guests stays (should you like a refresh) and before guests come in with NO masks. none of the windows open, so the rooms are not being aired out at any point. I could not feel less safe here. fortunately, our rooms were comped by an airline after a flight cancellation. I wouldn't spend a cent here (except for water, apparently!)"
