"I wanted to like this place. Walking in, it felt very elegant and clean. I sat in the waiting room until it was time for my deep, clean facial. During the facial the guys was very nice and comforting. My biggest complaint is the facial itself; it was more of a glorified face wash. The extractions itself was maybe 5 minutes; the rest of the time was spent washing/steaming my face. My hour appointment only lasted minutes and my face looked the same. I deep clean my own pieces better at hom.."

"They contacted us a day prior stating that they had to reschedule our couples appointment due to an employee being exposed to Covid , which was fine. However when we arrived they tried to state that it wasn’t a couples massage, which is what they had even called to reconfirm a change in schedule for, where late to actually see us and overall a bad experience.The atmosphere was nice but the gaslighting and poor performance from their spa manager to communicate certain issues left their establishment extremely lacking. The little communication we did have with a receptionist was also incompetent at best. Overall I do not think the establishment would be terrible if they communicated better and could deliver on their word."
