"Willis Furniture is the best — they made shopping easy!! After seeing a beautiful rug I liked online, they graciously answered my questions on chat, and sent photos of similar rugs to compare. With that info, I decided to drive an hour to the showroom. When I arrived, they were prepared, my choices already waiting on display. We confirmed the rugs were perfect, they cut custom-sized rug pads in their warehouse, loaded everything, and I was done in minutes!
