"I was ready to buy a Le Creuset French Oven pot in the new signature green for about $. We have 5 pots of Le Creuset In different colors and two Staub. I also found two different hand soaps I liked at $. each, some plates we loved with bees at $. each, and I loved the copper measuring cup set for $.. We easily would have walked out with over $ of merchandise. Unbelievably, the staff did not greet us, not even a hello. We were in the store for at least minutes and no attempt to acknowledge us. I can buy all of this online although we try to support locals. But come on, if employees don’t make an effort to at least acknowledge customers, I doubt that is a winning combination for success. I was so excited this store went in the Quarry and I’ve been telling everyone I know about it. No more. I gave three stars although I wanted to give one for service, but hopefully they have some employees besides those there tonight (5//) that actually care about customers and want the store to be successful. I won’t be back."
"Having been stationed overseas the last five years, one of the things I really missed was visiting our local Williams-Sonoma… So imagine my delight when one opened just down the road from me. Absolutely gorgeous store in a super convenient location next to Whole Foods in Alamo Quarry, beautiful displays of Staub, Mauviel, NordicWare and seasonal products. I love the fact they have a public restroom in the store as some of the shops at the quarry do not. Super helpful staff, can’t wait to attend some cooking demos soon!"
