She was very patient with me and spoke with me about my current and past health issues as well as taking the proper steps to ensure that all my needs and concerns were met. "My nurse practitioner Joy has just been the best to work with. She is very helpful and understanding. :Edit My original review was 5 stars. And that remains my review of my nurse practitioner Joy. She has been and is still a great help and I love working with her. My issue is with the office staff and billing. They switched to a new billing company, Headway, and this billing company did not file my claim with my insurance. So I was charged the full amount for my visit. When I brought this to the attention of the office staff I was told a manager would be in contact with me (that never happened) and I was told I would receive a refund (that never happened). So I have removed my payment information from Headway and I will not be putting it back until this situation is rectified and I am assured that this will never happen again."
