Maria was wonderful and she gave us affordable finance options. The reception Marlene was great, as well as the dentist & assistants. "My husband started coming to western dental at the beginning of . From the start there were issues. The receptionist in the front had a horrible attitude, and the dentists should be sued for there practices. My husband went to have a tooth extracted in March ,and the dentist pulled a infected tooth out of his month without giving him medication for it first. My husband said he was in so much pain and the dentist told him to just let him finish. My husband didn't go back for weeks because his mouth was sore and their was a scratch on the side of his gums that bothered him when he would eat.He decided to go back because we already had a bill with them and he wanted to finish the work they started ,then we started having issues with the payment system. We recieved two letters in the mail saying that we had been writing back checks and my husband would be put on check systems if It wasn't resolved. I called corporate to find out what was going on. The operator transfers me to another agent in finance and he told me that my husband had a bank account , and he had been writing bad checks. He gave me the last four digits of the account. The only problem is my husband doesn't write checks an either do I. I don't even have a check book. The agent was able to resolve the issue and told me to just call in and get a confirmation with agent every month or enroll in auto pay. I decided to call in Every month until the bill is paid off. I wouldn't go here because they take advantage of people and something fishy is going on with the admin team. I dont know if they was pocketing the money and writing bad checks but it wasn't me or my husband. The BBB needs to look at their practices and how they do business With people of color. Keep all your receipts and never pay in person. There shady users. I can't wait to pay the balance off and be done with them. I give him half a star for bad customer service and shady handling with money."

"Absolutely worst dentist office I’ve ever been to. Constant mistakes, constantly confused. I’ve waited hours due to their mistakes. Every time I come in they are confused on what I’m coming in for even though they scheduled the appointment. The surgeon is only here one day per month and then is lost on why I am here. The techs will come into the room, place a numbing agent into my mouth and disappear for half an hour only to have the surgeon come in to say that was improper management. I am ready to finish my treatment that I have already paid for and will never return."
