I was moving a 5 person office. We paid $1000 in advance. they could only schedule the move on a Sunday because they work a different Mon - Fri job. They cancelled last minute then I didn’t hear from them for 2 days. they said they would be there “first thing in the morning” - around 2 pm the next day they finally showed up. I addressed my concerns and instead of apologizing they abandoned some stuff in my office lobby and left. Over 2 months later I still haven’t received a refund! Do not use!!

Very friendly and ready to help and accommodate my multiple change of plans. Very reasonable and trusted me to pay online after move-in. The young man who did our moving was incredible! Very fast, extremely careful and great at organizing our storage unit. Highly recommended!
