I've never owned a well before so when mine stopped working I called. The very nice lady took my call and instead of coming out and charging me a service call she walked me through on the phone how to reset my pump and it started working again with no charges at all. Very honest people.

I would absolutely recommend Weaverling. A few months ago, our well stopped working and the person that installed our well over 30 years ago had retired. Weaverling was recommended by another resident in our neighborhood. The team was timely, methodical, tenacious and kept a clean work site the entire time. There was a lot of problems trying to extract our pump due to the fact that we had a partial collapse, but with some doing, they were able to extract the pipe and pump. He provided several options to consider including installing a liner which seemed appropriate. He arranged for a video of the well to see if a liner could be placed, which is fascinating to say the least. The liner is working well and should prevent future problems and hopefully the pump works well beyond a decade.

We have used Waverly and sons in the past and they provided friendly, professional and quick response service. During this winter freeze our well would not power on, when we called Waverly and Sons but due to the freeze and overwhelming calls he probably could not get to us until the following week. When he spoke to my husband he gave him step by step on what to check to narrow the problem down. We were down to our last check which was the circuit breaker which we had previously tested and we were getting power to it, my husband followed their instructions went to Home Depot bought new circuit breaker and replaced it. The circuit breaker was not providing enough Amps to power up the well. Problem solved, Thank you Waverly and Sons for taking the time to walk us through and saving us money but most of all because now we have water.

Ray Weaverling and his help are top notch! He arrived when he said he would, he troubleshoot and performed the work as agreed. Turns out I needed a new wire from my electric box all the way to the pump. Plus he installed torque arrestors on my well pipe down to the pump. You see...without those on a submerged well the pvc pipe that has the power cord attached to it can bounce inside the main pipe casing therefore chaffing the electrical wire and causing a short. I’ve had to have my well pulled up once before for the exact same thing. The first company I hired didn’t fix it at all they just spliced the wire back together and re-stuck the well. That lasted about 2yrs until it happened AGAIN!!! Ray pulled my well, upgraded all the pipe to 1.25” with stainless pipe connectors, upgraded the 4 conductor wire to a sleeved type submersible wire, Installed 6 torque arrestors (to keep the pipe from bouncing when the motor turns on and off!) he tapped the wire to the pipe and installed a pull -...

As luck would have it, my well stops working mysteriously just days before closing sale of home. I'm pretty handy, so I get out my multimeter and start testing electrical connections. Everything looks ok. Fear of having to replace pump days before selling the house started creating in. I called several "large" well service companies, but nobody can get to me for days. Luckily one recommend that I call Weaverling & Son. Ray Weaverling was able to fit me in to his schedule. The problem turned out to be relatively minor. He had my well up and running in no time. He didn't take advantage of my situation. Besides saving my rear end, I was very pleasantly surprised at his very reasonable charges. Dealing with Ray was a pleasure. Thank you.

My well never had any of that before. So he basically overhauled my entire system. He did recommend a new pump as well but my old pump was still working so I decided not to replace this time. For quick turn around and HIGH QUALITY work, Call Ray!!!"
