"I took a Note plus with a broken screen to get repaired, they had it for over a week and didn't contact me. I finally went back, they took a long time to locate my phone and finally told me it was damaged beyond repair. I took the phone to The Fix phone repair shop at Parks Mall. The Fix had it repaired in less than an hour and at a cheaper price. I've told several friends about The Fix and they also had their phones repaired there."

My overall issue for me coming to batteries Bulbs Plus is that my screen has shattered and damaged the digitizer and needed the screen replaced with a new digitizer. So update a week later I have to go back to Batteries Plus to get my phone looked at because because the screen was loose and the adhesive was loose like they didn't use enough adhesive on the screen and then my biometric button was messed up because they scratch the button and I told them about it so I went back there to have them fix it and came back an hour later and my phone was the same so they did nothing a few days later after that my phone went black because they did not fix the issue that I went back there for them to fix that they messed up on the first time so I spoke with the manager and she ordered a screen I went there a week later after that to have my phone fixed and came back an hour later and and they told me that the screen that they put on my phone was defective and it's still black so they had to order another screen and that it will be there Tuesday so I called Tuesday and it was not there yet they say it will be there Friday so I went there Friday and it still wasn't there they said the screen was not there yet so I asked for a copy of my receipt and for my refund back so that I can take my services elsewhere because of this store location my phone has been broken for an entire month from dealing with their poor sorry services I do not recommend this place to anybody especially after everything I have went through from this store if I would have known that the overall review points for the store was 2.5 Stars I would have never went to this location in the first place I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 which is a very popular very common phone that I know could be fixed by a professional that knows what they're doing but clearly this place is not run by professionals that can actually fix devices like they claim they could I am highly upset with this company it has been over a month and my phone is still not fixed because I have to go to another repair store and have my screen ordered wait another week and go to that location so that my phone can get fixed thank you batteries bulbs and plus for nothing!"

"My experience was good. The gentleman that greeted me was cranky and negative, but the other guys working the desk were fine. The bright spot was Dillon who actually did my screen and battery replacement. He was friendly, quick, and had called me twice about battery availability. So my 5 stars is for Dillon. Keep Mr Grumpy in the back away from customers,"
