"WDR provided top-notch customer service for our roof replacement project from beginning to end, particularly big thanks to William from WDR. Communications and each step towards replacing the shingles on the roof were superb. From the start, William provided two options to address our initial concern for some shingle damage: a replacement of the damaged shingles or a roof replacement. William mentioned that if we went with the roof replacement that he would provide whatever assistance needed when going through an insurance claim. We decided to go through the insurance claim route, and the entire experience was stress-free as William was able to communicate clearly and set expectations along the way. The project completed within a span of three weeks. William even helped us get the depreciation payment from the insurance company. I appreciate his patience when it came time for payment as he wanted to ensure we got the insurance money situation prior to paying out for the job. WDR jumped right on the job and completed it before the next rain. I was still out of state as the job was performed. Tyler was on the job each day to personally FaceTime me and show me any and all damages and all of the repaired work. They were done with the complete re-roof in a day and a half and the final product was perfect and completed for the original quoted price.
