"Amazing staff at this location. I don’t have a Warby Parker store in my home town and this was my one chance in many months to try glasses on in person. I had only minutes to find a pair of glasses that I liked, as I was running late for an appointment. The two staff members were juggling several other customers, all of us in a frantic rush. They set aside any kind of schmoozy salesmanship and we’re just kind, efficient, and helpful! They made all of us feel like we mattered and made sure to keep all of us pointed in useful directions for finding likely glasses to try on. They suggested trying on a pair that I never would have picked for myself and they are now my favorite glasses ever. They wasted no time and had me checked out in no time flat, out the door, and I arrived early to my appointment. Kudos to the person who did the hiring here. These salespeople really prioritize the needs of their customers and it makes a huge difference!"
