"(NY - VA )They opened up 8: am on this Saturday. Super kind staff, the bare needs for the price. a bathroom and waiting area with outlets and this bus that I am on is very nice. It smells clean, looks new. They take no b.s and LEAVE ON SCHEDULE. i begged for help with my trip and this driver was kind and all of the riders understood. This is legit and where i needed to be after buying off of Wanderu. I will review my return. But im pleased so far."

"We bought 4 tickets for a hour bus trip with this company from Orlando to New York 7th of august We were looking forward for the trip! My boy got sick a few days b4 the trip and we decided it’s too much for him the long journey by bus and also we didn’t want to risk other passengers in the bus. I let Wanda company know up front about the special situation and they didn’t care They didn’t want to refund my tickets or even part of them! at the end after many e-mails pre the date of travel and requests by me they just didn’t care only looking for my money So I paid for 4 tickets more then $ and never used them Everyone should know this In my option it’s not worth the risk Unless u know % that u r going to use the tickets and you never know! Wanda this is purely bad business by you Even if this is your policy What did u want that I come with a sick boy? I can’t rebook since I’m not from the states and I go back to my country You should be a shamed not everything is money in life"
