"First time trying out Walmart Photo center. I ordered prints using the 1 hour service after receiving the email notification on the pick up time I arrived 3 hours later I was told the printer has not had any ink for 2 weeks so as soon as they get ink they can print the pictures.. and the person at the photo center didn’t know exactly when that would be.. so I asked him to cancel my order As I left the store and drove off less than 5 minutes passed I get a txt and an email telling me my pictures are ready for pick up. I look at the email trying to see if I can cancel the order again but it says order has been processed and can’t be canceled. I pick up my child from school and make it back through traffic. Walk up to the photo center and wait minutes can not find a person in the area that can help me. Flagging down numerous employees finally the same guy that helped me earlier shows up and after I show him the txt message asking for my pictures he says the printer doesn’t have ink and that’s a automated txt you received So irritated I ask him to cancel my order AGAIN NEVER EVER WILL I WASTE MY TIME PRINTING PICTURES AT WALMART"

"The minimum I expect from a customer service representative is that they care about helping their customers. The guy in the photo department was not helpful at all. Anyway, this is one of those places we know we are not going to be receive the best service but we need to buy from them."
