Some of the individuals that answer the phone need customer service training. I called, was put on hold for over 20mins. I hung up and called back, they put me on hold again without me even saying a word! I understanding having to be put on hold, but at least greet me over the phone! Don’t just say please hold, and then click over, and keep me on hold forever!!👎🏽👎🏽

Terrible experience. Trying to purchase a set of earrings and nobody knows nothing, no phone or radio to contact who works that department.or manager. Employee's ignoring you on purpose. No leadership, pride in work. Not sure who the store manager or general manager is but their people are clearly not trained and confused. Walmart isn't known for customer service but this is ridiculous!!!!!

I've used the Walmart Pharmacy on Montfort for many years, and have no complaints. During the pandemic, the drive through was a blessing. I have the luxury of going to the Pharmacy during non-busy hours, so waits are minimal. The staff has helped me with Rx problems caused by insurance, and they've researched questions I had about manufacturers. I sometimes use other pharmacies for onesies. Walmart Addison gets my renewable prescriptions and my vaccinations. I like having a record at one pharmacy.

I booked an appointment for a Covid shot and showed up on time, then had to wait one hour. No one told me there would be a wait ( I would have come back). I do not recommend this pharmacy for vaccinations.

Came to get my script and in the drive-thru. I sent my DL in advance to make it easier for them and the tech gets on the screen and screams at me, I said, "I sent my DL for you guys and she says, yeah, yeah." Then disconnected. She came back on and screamed at me again, "Hello, hello?" I yelled back at her, "HELLO!" She is so rude and disrespectful. I used to be a pharmacy tech and I never treated anyone like this. No matter what kind of day I was having. Epic fail for this staff today.
