However, the associates from prior times are no longer with this location and the new team is fantastic! "Have been doing business here for five years! and today I picked up my oxycodone, and they shorted me pills ! More than half of my prescription! Something has gone wrong with this location ! Do not use this location,they are no good ! I'm a yo chronic pain suffer ! and I need my meds!!!!will transfer out of this location tomorrow!!!!"
"Horrible, incompetent, & rude support staff! Wasted more than two hours just to get a basic information how much my prescription cost iwould be iff I used a "Good Rx coupon" instead of the insurance co-pay. I had a heart surgery just a few days ago, and was still in pain but it didn't matter to them. After getting all the run around, one of the agents didn't want to call another pharmacy to have my prescription transferred to Walmart. But once it was transferred, he didn't want to even verify that Walmart received my prescription so that I can get the urgent medicine that I needed. Instead he just hung up on me while I'm still talking, stating he is too busy! Hold time each time to get basic info was around minutes. It is a shame that these pharmacies are taking advantage of patients and there is nothing we can do! i"
