Horrible experience. Went to get my Tdap vaccine as a walk in because it said on their website walk-ins welcome for vaccines. After waiting was told walk-ins were not being accepted and to make an appt. Made an appointment online for the Tdap vaccine two days later, came in and after waiting 15 minutes in line (while 3 months pregnant and dizzy) was told that they did not provide the Tdap vaccine anymore. Then why is it an option on your online portal? I’m sure they won’t update the online portal. My problem is with the corporation of Walgreens. I understand the pharmacists and staff are understaffed and over worked. But the Walgreen corp is awful. People’s time is valuable, don’t waste it.

When I first started using this pharmacy a few years ago I was so excited to be able to do my grocery shopping next door while my proscription was getting ready. However over the years my experience with this pharmacy has been terrible on multiple occasions for variety of reasons. From long line of on average about 20 minutes to getting a text that my proscription is ready and I show up multiple times and they have no explanation why my proscription is not ready to the price of the proscription medication be much higher than the neighboring pharmacy's.I kept on giving them another chance but this time it took them over 5 days and 3 calls from my physician to finally get my proscription right, not to mention that I did get a text that my medication was ready and I show up stand in a 20 minute long line and they had no explanation that why my prescription was not ready again!!

If there is an option for 0 star I would've chose it. I have an appointment for the booster shot and I waited for almost an hour to get it. So what's the point of scheduling online appointment in advance when you still have to wait so long 🤷‍♀️? They are very short staffed and everything is super slow.

This location is the better of the Walgreens locations, but I am done with Walgreens. They are understaffed. Their system is an absolute mess. When I can actually get a hold of pharmacy staff, there's only about a 50% chance of them knowing what they are doing. My prescriptions just get lost there. They have to order medicine from their central location and it takes 3-4 days. If I can get my medications at all they are almost always late by multiple days.

I've been using this pharmacy for years. The staff is great. Adam the pharmacist is amazing very helpful and polite. The other staff are very personable, kind and just overall wonderful. My only issue is why does an entire department shut down for lunch. I guess I kinda understand but when I see more than 1 pharmacist then they should take lunch in shifts. Other than that very pleased. AF
