"I was there this afternoon because my friend bought me a box of diapers and two boxes of wet wipes for my baby, but it wasn't the right size, I took the things there and I didn't have the receipt but the boxes clearly showed the address of that Walgreens where it was initially they bought the things, an old lady attended me in a not very good way to tell me that if I didn't have the receipt I couldn't do anything, I went with my baby, I even told her look, you can make me the refund in a gift card that I'm going to buy the correct size right now, but he didn't even let me finish that explanation, very bad job by the staff and the customer service is terrible."

"Very disappointed with their photo service for the second time in row. They have lost my first order twice and for my recent order, they only provided me with half of my order. When picking up my order, they said they were working on it but told me to wait. They then brought out all of the cards that were not cut. Not only did I have to help them cut the invitations, but I realized when I got home (after adrressing all the envelopes) that half or my order is missing - around cards. When I called to ask if there was a mistake and they have my other half of the order in the store, they told me to return my order and hung up on the phone. Will not be using them again for photo service sand highly recommend other use a different location."

"Do NOT get your COVID shot at the Walgreens at Taylorsville Rd in Louisville. Last night, I made an :am appointment for my COVID booster on Walgreens.com and filled in all of the forms online. I showed up at the store at :am and there were six people waiting for COVID Check-in! Some had appointments for an hour earlier and were still waiting! While I was waiting, I witnessed a pharmacist giving a shot to someone right next to the pharmacy pickup counter! Wow!I had my first 2 shots at this same Walgreens and both times they took me back into a private office to the right of the pharmacy. It appears that NONE of the staff is the same as when I had my first 2 shots and apparently their protocols are no longer being followed. I was finally seen at the check in counter 2 minutes before my appointment and was told that even though I completed all of the forms online last night, I had to fill them in AGAIN! I immediately cancelled my appointment and left. The incompetence of this pharmacy is completely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and go any place else for your COVID shot."

"Walgreens Taylorsville Rd. I had to change pharmacies due to the poor overall service at this pharmacy. I had been using Walgreens for all my medicine needs for over years until the mistakes made by several of the pharmacy technicians made me no longer trust this pharmacy for my medicine needs. I normally don't leave reviews but in this case I felt it deserving. This pharmacy has major problems in handling medication . In passing I also noticed the store is rarely stocked in a adequate manner ."

"I sometimes use Walgreens to pickup western union. One of the things I like about Walgreens is the great selection of candy they have. You can also find brands of snacks at Walgreens that I haven't seen anywhere else."
