Due to Covid, the employees work hard to provide the best customer service. A customer came in to pick up prescriptions and she was upset the drive thru is closed. The employee explained to the customer they are short staffed multiple times, and she still complained. If people are so concerned about the staffing issues then they should seek employment and be the solution and not the Problem!

It's better if you go there in the morning as soon as they open, if you work that day have a family member or friend pick up the prescription for you. 2pm is also a good time, don't go there at 5p-6p due to the bad reviews. In my experience the staff were really kind and helpful, I didn't have any health insurance and they lowered the price as much as they can, that's why i love going to walgreens. But i do agree they should at least have a sign if they are going to be closed early due to short staff

Standing in line at 5:30 pm after working a 10 hour shift - but pharmacy ONLY open from 10am-6pm and closed for a meal break for an hour - with me and four other family’s in line they closed the window and left !!!! The mom with two babies was in tears unable to get her kids meds. Myself in pain unable to even get them moved to somewhere we could get them filled. Horrible customer service I have a video of the mom crying and the others but it won’t let me upload it.

This location should be given some slack. Their customers are truly a wide swath of every type of person. There is little community because it’s the meeting of many neighborhoods and socioeconomic subsets.

Such a joke. I can't believe I picked this pharmacy for my prescriptions to be sent here and here I am now stuck without the meds I need due to them being closed on a Thursday for no freaking reason and can't get my meds transfer elsewhere due to regulations of controlled substances. This is ridiculous. I don't understand wby they should be allowed to even be in business
