My prescription was called in at 10 a.m. by the VA as an emergency prescription. Nearly three hours later, they knew nothing about it. The VA called them about it they said it would be ready by 1:30. The pharmacist refused to fill it until after went to lunch. Almost an hour and a half later and I'm sitting in their wait area and was informed they hadn't got around to find lying the prescription. A five hour wait for a 10 day supply of pills is insane.
