"Worst Pharmacy, in town. Consistently long lines. Staff almost deliberately & belligerently slow. Same bodies, no new staff in months,... Never considered writing a review for this place for months until now. This is the last time I have my prescriptions sent here. You wonder why the ship-to-home (for qualifying prescriptions) is taking off: this is why. If you're wondering: I've been in line for minutes. I've had time to resolve that if this weren't the last time I'm picking up my child's antibiotics, I would've dropped this place in a heartbeat. I will drive where there's a semblance of a working pharmacy. See image for context."

"this is the worst pharmacy in the area. they should remove the pharmacy from this location or reevaluate what they have going on. There is a hospital and outpatient services within 5 minutes of here but the hours are ridiculous. is not sufficient for medical needs especially when in such close proximity to health services. The actual store is open , why would they have the pharmacy on a different schedule? They send an alert that the prescription is ready but once you arrive it’s gonna be a hour wait if not more. If you go inside they will not package it immediately even if you’ve been notified that it’s ready. If you go into the drive thru they prepare it as they go. The most insane part is that once I received my medicine the timestamp on the receipt is from 9am, when I received the text that it’s prepared. When I went inside the store at : they were insisting it’s not ready and will be a few hours. This pharmacy is extremely unprofessional. I advise anyone needing medicine to try to go somewhere else especially if it’s an urgent situation."

"BEWARE!!! Euclid Ave. San Diego Walgreens. They just make up their own schedules and won’t help. Got there to get a vaccine. First they wouldn’t see me because I had no appointment. I checked online, and I didn’t NEED an appointment. Nor did it say anything about breaks in the middle of the day. Akim and the pharmicist in turn just didn’t want to work I guess. After getting my point across and losing precious time, they said they were leaving for lunch, come back at 2:. It was 1: pm by the time this happened, and their lunch started at 1:. Again, they’d rather argue than work. Made me lose all that time, and at the end, I wasn’t able to get the vaccine. I will never go back there"

"Worst Walgreens on the West Coast!! Needs new management!! The allowed me to make an appointment for a Booster shot 3 weeks ago. Two days before my booster shot day they text me to say they can longer do my vaccine!! One day before my shot they said they can complete my vaccine. After arriving to the store on 2/4/ they say they dont do vaccines, UNBELIEVABLE!!! I went to the other Walgreens on Euclid Ave and they have excellent customer service there and accommodated me same day!"

"Awful! I went to the trouble to make an appointment online for a vaccine, filled out all the information answered all their questions. I scheduled an appointment time that they provided. Only to get there and have the clerk at pharmacy tell me that they're not doing any vaccines at all that day. Excuse me I have an appointment. I guess that doesn't mean anything to Walgreens. This place sucks!"
