UPDATE: they canceled my entire prescription without my approval and then tried to tell me my doctor did it. Had to call my doctor and she said she never cancelled/denied anything and that this came from the Walgreens. NEVER GO HERE. This is the RUDEST Walgreens Pharmacy I have ever encountered. They will put you on hold for over 30 minutes if you call and one time I drove up there while on hold just to see no drive thru line, no in store line, and the pharmacy staff in the back laughing and talking while the phones rang. They talk down to you and consistently tell you that you are wrong when I’m look at the Walgreens app telling me the correct information. They then will put you on hold AGAIN in the middle of a question just to see if you hang up. Don’t waste your time, this Walgreens isn’t worth anything.

Used to be my favorite place until I got this one cashier whom has seen me 2 mornings in a row card me for cigarettes both times & said she has to every single time which is wasting my time because my age isn't going to change to a minor. Walgreens need to reconsider asking a regular customer for identification every single time. I spend good money there but no more.

Horrible Pharmacy service. I have literally been on hold for 20 mins just to get my prescription processed properly. The phone rings and rings. I’m placed on hold with anyone greeting me or anything. This isn’t cool nor is it professional. People need their medication and great customer service.

I love this store and hadn't had any issues previously. The staff in the front and in the pharmacy have always been pleasant. Tonight, an older, bald Caucasian man was the cashier in the front. I watched as he greeted two customers ahead of me. When I walked up, NOT A WORD! As I completed my transaction, I said "Thank you. Have a good night!" The cashier did not open his mouth! GOOD GRIEF! Is the expectation of friendliness in customer service too much to ask for??? 😫😫😫

This is my go to pharmacy due to location & customer service for 5 years now!!! I have always received stellar service inside store & drive through. It’s a central location & they do their best. Drive thru is quick pending the customers utilization. Patience people. Highly recommend!
