"Wagner RV repair did a great job installing new lithium batteries and a lithium capable converter in our travel trailer. They also helped to set up my portable solar suitcase. "I live in the would not start while at Home Depot in Yucca Valley. Even though it was a Friday I could not get any of the six RV repair businesses to help me as they were closed or too busy. Wagner RV Repair is miles to the west and they sent two mechanics to diagnose my problem. It was a fuel pump. By the time I was towed to their location they were closed for the night and the weekend but assured me I could live in the RV until Monday, which I did. At 8 am they verified their diagnosis and said Ford wanted $ for a fuel pump but they found one at O'Reilies Auto and that if I ordered it before AM it would be delivered by 1PM I did, it was. After installing the fuel pump which required dropping the tank it did not work. They proceeded to systematically check everything: Fuses, Relay. grounds to the motor and frame (which they cleaned and installed better ones.) And finally found a loose wire in the computer. No extra charged for all of this work. RV repairs normally charge $ an hour but these folks charged me $ because I was a veteran. This was the highlight of my winter trip to and from Tucson. I highly recommend them as they are friendly, honest, and thorough."

"Wagner RV is pure amazing. We had a major problem at in the morning with the trailer brakes catching on fire. We were only about a half mile away from Wagner RV and we dropped it there in front of his fence. Left a note on the door explaining why the fifth wheel was left there and that we'd call him in the morning. Well before I got a chance to call he called me and had already found the problem and parts were on the way. There were a few other things on the trailer we were having problems with so I asked if he could check those out since it was already at his shop. He fixed those problems as well. His pricing is great I've been RVing for a long time and he by far beat what anyone else would have charged. His customer service is great even though he is very busy he is professional and kind. Since I live in the area he is my new go to RV shop. If you live anywhere close to or just traveling through and need service don't think twice use Wagner RV."

"Was having an issue with v outlet in my travel trailer. It ended up being a loose wire. They didn’t charge me for it since it was a quick fix. Thankful for businesses that don’t try to take advantage. I stop in the area frequently and will use them if necessary."
