"As someone who has done a few normal escape rooms already, the VR experience definitely takes it to a different level. The combo between escape room and video game is beyond amazing. I would definitely recommend and John was the best game host! From getting us comfortable with the VR system to making sure we didn’t run into walls lol, I would definitely recommend! ❤️"

"I'm sure it's a great experience, but I personally couldn't do the experience because someone in our party got sick. When we asked for a refund we were denied even though we didn't get to experience anything, asked to rebook and they were reluctant. Unfortunately wasn't able to do that because of also ending up having to leave the area permanently. Point of this review, is I'm sure it's a great experience but not a fan of the customer service. It'd be a different story if I was asking for a refund but actually got something out of it. I guess I just donated here."
