"Stay away from this dealership!! Worst customer service ever!! Service department hardly ever picks up the phone or follows up on voicemails. When you finally do get a hold of a live person they promise follow ups that never happen. This is the most frustrating service experience I have had in my life!!! I complained to Dodge USA but all they do is transfer back to the local dealership leaving me at square one and feeling left alone with my problem. I get that they possibly may be understaffed due to the constraints the pandemic has been putting on the labor market but why doesn't management fill in on the front lines until things ease? With good organization communication with the customer could dramatically be improved. For the lack of management recognizing this I cannot recommend Viva Dodge and strongly suggest people look elsewhere, if they can, for service matters on Dodge vehicles. If I was Dodge USA I would seriously consider penalizing this dealership for lack of follow through and showing the customer they care."

"Initially they, (the service department), were very helpful and understanding with our concerns. Their communication is less than a star. I had to repeatedly call and after having my vehicle for more than a week, the came back with a false diagnosis for one of the issues and no parts available for the other issue that they charged us for. My car says what is wrong with it on the dash board but we had to pay for them to repeat it to us. It took 4 days to file a claim with our warranty insurance company and then they did not bother to follow up. When I did follow up, the insurance company said that cannot be the issue with our car based on lack of evidence and denied the claim. I did not think that was the issue going in and before even looking at it that's what they came up with. We will never use this dealership or recommend it to anyone. Save your $$ and go elsewhere."

"Buying experience was fine but the recall issues that followed have tideous to say the least. Still waiting on a resolution to a leaking window on my truck for a month.Their service line always redirects to a call center and even if you leave a detailed message nobody calls back."
