FAQ:
"Unprofessional, don't help you when you need it, take forever to send prescription to the pharmacy."
"I spent three days attempting to obtain my dad's Insulin refill in January and have spent the last week trying to obtain another refill medication. I called VPA this last Friday and was told by Devon that Regina Varghese, NP, was on vacation but would be able to review his meds Saturday and would still have hours to refill the medications after review. When I asked why there would be such a delay, Devon stated Regina does not sit at a desk and has things to do. When I explained that it was unacceptable for delays in the medication refills, Devon hung up on me."
"If you want a job here don't waste your time in the Houston office. The practice manager is a joke. She protects the Medical Assistants and the schedulers who do absolutely no work. She puts on a good act in the interview but unless you join in with her talking about other co workers, then u are of no use to Linda. She and her minions sit in the office and watch TV from their phones and talk on the phones to everyone but the clients.."
"Firstly I keep having problems with Lisa Lopez transferring messages to NP R. Varghese. I nearly spent the entire December without medication and Mrs..Varghese was out on vacation which I understood later after I called more than times and finally asked to speak to the person above her. She did not do her visit with me before going on vacation. I happened to speak to another Doctor who refilled my RX then decided to take me off an essential medication without even reading my diagnosis. I've been calling for Mrs. Varghese since yesterday about my medication and I spoke to someone else today who told me she gave her a message to call. I called 9: cst and it's now 6:pm and no call. When Dr. Michael Ward was there no problem. Now nobody cares about the Patients. I spoke to someone else who has the same problem. Choose another place, not worth the aggravation."
"they have not returned my calls, when they finally did they said the doctor had not reviewed the medication request. Its just for refills, not anything new. Now I have to get my yr old father in law out of the house and into an urgent care just to get him his medications."
