"I wish I could give this business a good rating because it did make me want to float. I just didn't get to float here... When I arrived I first followed the instructions and when my butt was sitting on the ground I realized there was an issue. The attendant offered to"restart it".. not at all sure what that does. After that didn't work I started paying attention and realized that my pelvis was actually fully submerged and my butt was still on the ground. If I held completely still then this was the only part of me that was on the ground. That's my float experience, but there's more to it. In no way did they disclose prior to me making a minute drive that their tub was in fact broken and the door didn't close. So I could achieve lightlessness, I couldn't achieve weightlessness, and basically couldn't achieve a float. Having said all that it was a relaxing experience. When I went to shower they didn't have any body wash. This spot is gorgeous and they seem to lack attention to detail."

"My friends and i had a girls trip and we all had massages and different body wraps mine was refreshing and amazing. The staff was sweet and informative, wine was complementary and we absolutely loved it. We will be back soon"

"We love this place so much that we have made it a yearly occasion to visit them especially for our birthdays. Starting from the front desk staff who are lovely as soon as you come in, promptly checking you in, offering us wine, and going over the services. We don’t ever ask for the same people for our massages or facials so every single person we have been assigned has done a great job. Asking every step of the way about the comfort level or answering any question. The facilities are clean and the environment is soothing and relaxing. Highly recommend them :) check them out!"

"I showed up for my massage appointment and they were running a little behind. Didn’t matter- they treated me like I was the only person in the place offering me wine, a massage chair, & a facial mask or foot treatment on the house while I waited. Then Claudia gets me for my massage and proceeds to give me the best massage I’ve ever had (& I’ve been to some of the well known places in Dallas). She, hands down, surpassed them all. I agreed to her incorporating stretching and I’m so glad I did. I rarely do reviews but I’m actually writing this review after just leaving because Vis a Vis deserves all the credit & more for the incredible job they’re doing. Thank you all for a wonderfully relaxing evening for this tired healthcare provider!!"
