"Wouldn't buy from this place again you can live there for years and try to better yourself and family by trying to buy a different trailer but they will not work with you they overcharge for older trailers even if you have a big chunk of cash in hand they won't work with you. You run out of water in the summer. Sewage problems that just keep getting bandaided worst service ever and have been a customer for over 5 years. Very disappointed with the way I have been treated. Tried speaking to the direct owner multiple times but they keep giving me a run around"
