"Horrible customer service, poor quality product. Bought a mouse & keyboard 2 weeks ago and the mouse has already burned through 2 batteries. Contacted customer service to see if there was a power saving feature (offshore call center manned by people with such heavy accents that I had to ask the agent, to slow down and repeat themselves over and over). They told me I need to return the product and, after they received it, they would ship a new one in 5 to 7 days. They had no answer when I asked how I should do my work without a mouse and keyboard and were adamant that is the policy. Not living up to their statement that "technology is about improving your everyday life". I'll be purchasing a new mouse and keyboard from a more reliable manufacturer - never using Verbatim products again."
