"I would NOT recommend Venture Solar, the experience I have had has been beyond less than professional. They called me numerous times pushing me to have my panels installed. I wanted to wait longer but I finally gave in and my panels were installed on 3/. Once they were done I was told someone would contact me in a few days to complete the installation (hooking it up to the grid). No one ever called. I called them countless times. Finally at the beginning of this week I was promised that someone would come to complete the project. That was a lie, I’ve called them twice this week, no one returned my call, and no one ever showed up. So here I am, 5+ weeks after getting the panels installed on my roof and I’m getting 0% benefit because they never finished the installation. It’s absurd how many calls I got from the company pushing me to get the panels installed and now that they are but they didn’t complete the process, I’m lucky to get someone on the phone. When I do get someone on the phone, they just lie to me."

"There are a lot of solar companies to choose from and I'm glad I decided to go with Venture. From the beginning the consultant was very professional and knowledgeable, and she answered my questions without being pushy like the other companies I met with. I was well informed throughout the process, from permitting to installation. It's nice to do business with a local company that genuinely appreciates my business and follows through with customer service. I highly recommend Venture!"

"Had a appointment with them to check my house and canceled. They only view pictures from the web. I got a text about their engineering department said it wasn’t worth it. Never came to my house to personally look and ask or tell me what I need to do because of some trees around my property. I understand that Solar Panels need direct light. My roof when the sun hits it get more than 4 hours of sunlight and some."

"The process with the whole job has been very stressful only because of lack of communication on your part to your customer. It feels that one hand does not know what the other is doing. I waited so long and I know the DOB was closed for a while, but when we finally talked Tasha tole me in a few weeks they should be at my house for the installation. The following day I get a TEXT at :PM that they should be at my house at 8:AM. That had to be rescheduled with Scott. When we finally got to be installed the mechanics were excellent. Then I called to find out what was the next step. I was told DOB should be scheduled in a few weeks. Again I was texted in a few days DOB should be there tomorrow. Sadly we failed inspection. Let's see what's next on the drawing board. I am scheduled tomorrow o adjust the panels and install the ground to the panel. Wish me luck !!!!"
