"I would recommend this to anyone who needs their clocks cleaned. Years ago (possibly a decade or two), mom kept an advertisement that she cut out of the paper to get our grandfather clock serviced. She finally called and we were excited to hear that the "Valley Clock Shop" was still in business !! We love the fact, that it is a family owned business for many years, so, you know you are going to get trusted quality work that they stand by. Kirk came out and gently put the "brains" of the clock in a soft bag and a sturdy tote for protection. He is very personable, friendly and was very communicative of his process. He returned a few weeks later and put the "brains" back in and took the time to wipe and dust the rest of the clock down, so, it looks shiny and new. I will be definitely telling family and friends of "Valley Clock Shop" ."
