How are these young men supposed to function when they come back from deployment to an empty house and a stack of jacked up credit card bills. Problem is nobody cares when I say come back from doing the things they're asked to do spilling their own blood, losing limbs being burned blown up blown up by i.e. D's but yet they have absolutely no chance at getting a home unless they have family with money. When service connected disabled veterans come back from wherever they are deployed they the government should % guarantee their 1st VA loan. By guaranteeing the loan % you take the bank's overlay and they are in abusive amount of charges right out of their hands because the loan is guaranteed And when you guarantee the loan the disabled veterans will receive the lowest rate avayeah let's create available and also get the most for their particular compensation Package whatever they can afford that is exactly what they would be able to qualify for with no subprime 5% loans and $ closing costs when people who have seen absolutely no combat experience whatsoever are being allowed to drop their rates To 1.9% When in some case is it a dual income family makes over $ a year yet they get the lowest rates while the burned and maimed and Just mentally destroyed but I guess you would say P TSD the are getting 5% VI percent being gouged for $ closing costs which should be anywhere from on the same loan. I want my VA loan approved hours within hours of approval 3 months ago now I'm in a hotel I want my loan and I want it now. Instead now I'm going to pay $ more a month before rent than I was going to pay for my mortgage for half the house so Instead of thank you for your service how about let's get housing for the disabled veteran"

"You’re just a number literally. I just don’t find consolation in non-veterans telling me their opinion when they simply can’t relate lol. Wait time isn’t bad, parking is better than the hospital parking but customer service lacks tremendously. I recommend keeping a paper trail as I’m big on that! Keep letters, your emails, and make note of when you receive/call out regarding anything with your file. It’s hard to tell you you’re wrong when proof is in their face. Definitely needs a great improvement."
