"I really like him Dr. Bobby Nix. is wonderfull."
"Can't comment on the quality of service provided, but be prepared for an unpleasant time trying to get an appointment. I was told to call in on a specific date and was told that it was "first come, first serve" for appointments. Upon calling at the opening of the clinic, I was told that the first appointment would be 3 months out and promptly transferred to a voicemail. After a game of phone tag, I was eventually told that my appointment would have to be for 4 months out, as that was their first opening. So, it's not really first come, first serve. A young woman attempted to explain that their process is to schedule patients internally before seeking external patients, so keep that in mind. I certainly hope that the services rendered justify the painstaking process of getting an initial appointment, but I certainly won't endeavor to find out."
"Front desk /Staff are very professional, helpful, promptly addressed any needs /issues. Dr.Weaver/Dr. Haflinger/Dr.Heads are very thorough, patient. I definitely would recommend this place. The wait time is virtually nil. I think you'll love the care. Insider tip, one has to pay for parking directly across the street. However if you're on a budget there is free ( hours) parking at a park two blocks away, it's a ten minute walk depending upon how fast one walks. It's not the park across the street, it's two blocks down where the student apartments are located. The shortest walking route is via Fannin if you decide to park at the park."
"Major turn over in doctors here and every new doctor you see wants to change your diagnosis and medicine. It's a nightmare. The billing department is also a nightmare, they won't charge you on a visit saying it's covered and then a few months down the road they recant that statement and give you a bill for hundreds."
"My main psychiatrist was nice but her boss?(idk who he was) was rude and overwhelming to talk with. He made me terribly anxious so i refused to make a following appointment or kept making excuses to go back. Once i ran out of my medication i forced my self to make an appointment and they told me i would have to wait three months to make an appointment. I explained how i was running low on my meds and all they said was if i had withdrawals to go to the emergency room.... super helpful huh? they care about their patients so much :)"
