"*note this review is in regards to the UT billing office only* If I could leave 0 stars I would. Their billing process is unorganized and messy. Last year my baby was hospitalized and subsequently passed. I kept reciveiving new bills every month, every statement reflecting a different amount due to a new doctor being tacked on. This lasted for over a year with one of my bills being erroneously thrown into collection after having spoken to my insurance provider. After having paid in full and emailing a PIF letter at THEIR request, I am now receiving an email asking me to send a bank statement of the transaction?? An employee stated they had switched to a new system which somehow did not carry over previously paid for balances but it surely carried over the bills. Insanity. I learned my baby's heart doctor who was formally employed at UT has since left and now works at another company. Wonder why. Please, spare yourself the headache and DO NOT send your children UT Physicians."

"It was easy to request an appointment for me. I filled out a form and the next day, someone called me to schedule an appointment. They asked me for my insurance info and birthdate to confirm, and I was set. I also received a text and call to confirm my appointment and an appointment reminder which was nice since I'm super forgetful. On the day of the appointment, I drove and parked at their parking building. It was simple to navigate with plenty of signs just in case. I had some trouble finding out of the parking lot building though LOL There's a hallway that you pass by to go to the UT Physicians building and theres kiosks there to pay for your parking. I was there for under two hours and paid $5."

"Fantastic doctors but the worst support staff ever. Went to see Dr. Cash. Had to go through hell to get an appointment. Paid the co pay when I was there. Was sent a bill despite that. Called them, was hung up on twice, until I got to speak to someone named Christine. She asked me to prove that I paid it, since it was "not showing up in their system." I hope all doctors in this system quit and join some other system where support staffs actually work."

"I had the worst experience from the staff at the front desk all the way to the doctor at this facility. I was changing my clothes and they came in without even knocking at the door this place is sick and disgusting. They tried to charge me a ridiculous amount of money isn’t even fill my prescription they gave me medication that I was allergic to"

"I saw a DR for less than 5min, was charged over $, they didn't even file my insurance and just billed it all straight to me. They lost my blood for the blood work I was supposed to get done. AVOID"
