"Very rude employees at the USCIS call center. You have to wait mins and more for each time you call to speak to someone. Many times when the wait time is up, they hang up the phone without even speaking with you. Today after several attempts was finally able to get hold of someone, this time they hanged up on me in the middle of the call, without letting me finish my questions. Been trying to make an info pass appointment for several month. First service number the wait to receive an call back to set up an appointment is days, after days, no call from them. Second service number the wait is hrs, this time they called the next day only once, but I was occupied, was not able to get their call. Called them back, this time the wait for a call back is another days. Each time you call, the rep will tell you something different. Most of the time they are very rude, and unhelpful. It is unbelievable how bad these USCIS call center employees treats people. If you are expecting a call from the USCIS to set up an info pass appointment, make sure you have the phone with you at all times and drop everything you are doing to pick up the phone. Be alert at all times during the days waiting period, that's if you are lucky to even get an call back from them, because if you miss their call once, you will have to call them for a new request, and wait for another days or more. Ridiculous!"
"Officer Smith was very kind, patient and professional. Much appreciated"
"For some reasons my review didn’t show. I did my citizenship interview with officer Choi back on June and he has been wonderful throughout the entire process. The system was down and I was told I couldn’t do my oath ceremony today. It’s frustrating but I got that it’s not the office problem. Right before I left, the system worked as miracle. All the officers and staff are extremely nice and being super helpful! I finally got to do the oath ceremony on the same day. Greatly appreciate their effort! They deserve a huge thanks giant thank you!"
"I am a U.S citizen by birth and a recent grad with an Associate Degree on Administration of Justice and saw that USCIS has a special hiring program for recent grads and was excited about it. However, my hopes shattered rather quickly because there is no way to apply for such program only says they offer this program and sends you to USAJOBS.COM which only says " no jobs found" I went to this building and two officers on their lunch outside the building treated me nicely and guided me to the front entrance and was told to wait in line until another security tells me what to do next. This next officer was EXTREMELY RUDE he treated me as if I was a foreigner I tried explaining why I was there and he cut me off saying I wasn't allowed to go in which okay I understand but he could have been nice about it not almost to the point of taking his gun out for no reason worst off to a U.S citizen and civilian who was unarmed . I have been trying to get in contact with USCIS by phone but seems they don't even bother answering phone calls as it always says " unfortunately we are experincing high call volume " it's an obvious lie I wake up before 8AM and start calling exactly at 8AM yet it says this?? Why have a phone number if they don't bother to answer."
"Great staff! Officer Trust handle the interview , she was really professional and great person. The officers were helpful on the check in process, I did my ceremony on the same day. I had a great experience! 🙌🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸"
