"Professional atmosphere with pretty grounds. Staff helpful with directing to proper place."
"THEY HAVE MOVED TO W. Cypress Street Suite Tampa, FL "
"Overpriced booking agency. Nice facilities."
"Very clean and friendly."
"Spoke with Nick. He promised me a rate for $ per hour. I asked 3 times during the conversation with Nick if I could pay in advance. He indicated "no" each time. He asked that I file my notices for deposition with the court. After doing so, Rachael A. Gierlach, of a different office than Nick, changed the agreement, and sent me eMail notification stating that they require "a mandatory 2-Hour Non-refundable prepayment appearance fee in the set amount of $.". This was my fist communication with this company to conduct business. Clarification is that this was not the company's response to a bad experience with me, but merely was their standard operating procedure to handle a new customer I called back to Nick, and reminded him of our conversation. He seemed sincere, and stated he would reach out to Rachael, and try to convince her to be honest and to honor the fee he quoted me. She refused, and Nick called me back saying there was nothing he could do about it. The opinion and conclusion is that this firm is not appropriate to conduct business with. I have cancelled my arrangements with them, and have sought out an alternate firm that is willing to honor the prices they quote, which is also at the rate of $ per hour. An additional inconvenience was the need to file amended notices to the court and to all parties of the case."
