"Wow what a pathetic excuse and an even more pathetic apology. You’re right. UrgentCare Indy has continuously failed in communication and follow through! Furthermore this is a medical facility. Which means a variety of people with a variety of situations come here and require care from what are suppose to be experts. So ask yourself after reading the poor and exhaustive response from the company poor representative is this apology for failing to meet the minimum standards worth your life. It’s honestly and truly that simple. Lack of accountability in this Industry means your life. UrgentCare Indy doesn’t hold it to a high regard. See the reviews for yourself! A plus minute hold is absolutely unacceptable and unreasonable on any realistic professional level. Urgent Indy shows zero capabilities to effectively communicate. It takes two seconds to pick up the phone and say it will be another moment. It’s a total disregard for the person and their concerns when you can’t communicate over the phone… imagine the concerns and failures in communication when you actually go in!"

"Been to this urgent care several times. Doctors was good, but receptionists didn't have good manners. My wife was told to call for appointment when she walk into the clinic. So, she called for 2 days straight and got no return call or someone who picked up phone. They need better help at the front desk."

"DO NOT work at this place! Dr.Pike did not treat me fairly at all! He wasn’t nice or friendly towards me and never took the time out to get to know me as a new employee! The facility is not properly staffed at all and he expects the little staff he does have to covid test people a day! People are constantly upset and angry at the staff because they schedule covid test appointments over the phone and end up waiting outside in their car minutes to an hour! It’s ridiculous. Dr Pike never helps his staff answer any phone calls , covid test any patients , nor does he try to make his staff members job any easier! If anything he makes it harder! As a boss you’re supposed to be right on the front line with your staff , but he is not! His Human Resources manager Laura Wilson. Is very unprofessional and rude , upon hiring me she made me feel comfortable enough to confide in her about any issues I may have on the job. Once i did decide to confide in her , she then decided to use it against me and totally disregarded my feelings about certain problems I was having with certain staff members. On top of that she then proceeded to tell me I was wrong for how I felt and told me I don’t have to right to say anyone or anything made me feel that way. When this was MY personal experience being there. In her conclusion with my probation period, I was sassy and discourteous. Her and Dr. Pike fire me both two months after me being on the job but im discourteous??? Fired me at the beginning of the new year with my 1 yr old toddler at home but im discourteous?? This place is strictly unprofessional. They hire new staff every 3 months of them being there just so they can use them! Thats why everyone in there is fairly new and barely knows what they’re doing which results in chaos and the place being unorganized. No one in there knows what they’re doing expect maybe two or three people. The rest of the staff is young and new! This place will forever have a big turnover!!! If you see their “Now Hiring” sign , honey keep driving!!"

"Great for everything non-covid related. That being said I took a PCR test there I've day ago and still no results and no to answer my calls or call me back when I left a voicemail. Great service before however."
