Had a great experience at this store. They have a big selection of everything you need for fly fishing at a reasonable price. The staff is very knowledgeable and went out of their way to teach me some trout fishing basics for my upcoming trip. They helped me load my fly box and I can’t wait to hit the water. Very nice people there I would definitely go back and recommend 100%.

Great fly shop for city slickers heading out for the next big adventure. Especially strong on equipment for exotic saltwater destinations (big rods, reels, flies for things like GTs, permit, etc.) Also good for beginning anglers--the folks who work there are patient and won't be condescending if you're anxious about not knowing how to get rigged up for your first bonefishing trip.

Stopped in here on my way to Israel in 2020 from Texas. My wife thought I just needed my rod case and not the rod. They hooked me up with a whole new rig and we even got to play soccer with the shop dog! I was probably the only fly fisherman in the Mediterranean on the beaches of Tel Aviv, caught a mullet though. Thx Dudes.

This is an excellent fly shop. They have a broad selection of materials for fly tying, high quality gear, and the staff is super friendly! I grew up fishing in the west and I was surprised to find a fly shop in NYC with such a laid back and local vibe. I had such a good in-store experience that I decided to order some gear from their website during the shutdown -I could not have made a better choice, their online customer service was impeccable AND they carry women's gear! Highly recommend this place to my fellow anglers.
