"Upper East Side Animal Hospital goes above and beyond in their care for our pets. We have 2 cats and a dog - and we actually moved here from our old veterinary group because it would take days or weeks to get appointments. At Upper East Side Animal Hospital they often have space for your pet day of or the next day in case of emergency, the way it should be! We have had to call many times a day for various procedures and they are extremely patient - namely their receptionist Amanda, who does an excellent job of answering any question you could think of (and I’m guilty of asking a LOT of questions). I can’t recommend them enough - or share just how happy we are to have found a group that we really trust and that we feel % comfortable that they are both giving the best possible care they can for our animals, while also not ripping us off like we have been at other places before."

"So far they have been very kind to me. I have two -week-old puppies they come here since they are weeks old, they have always been treated very well and with great respect. I have always been treated by the same vet techino since my first visit, I don't remember his name but he is very friendly and helpful. In my 4 visits my puppies have only been seen by two different doctors. The first appointment was in the morning and they were attended by a very good doctor who I don't remember her name but she was very professional. My other three visits were attended by dr. Tracy is also very professional and follows all the protocols with COVID prevention. In addition to the receptionist, I don't know her name either, but I was wrong and I arrived thinking that my appointment was for that day and it was actually for the next day and they made a space and cared for my puppies.
