Unfortunately I have been here twice as an emergency and I really want to say that I got treated within a reasonable time. I felt well taken care of and all the staff was very caring. The doctors too. Explained everything I was having done and they were open to me asking as many questions as I needed. Women's health especially. They were the best!

There are a number of issues with health care and LAC USC is not immune to those issues. However, the treatment I got when I had to visit the emergency room was excellent. The staff from check in to the doctor were all very professional and they performed their jobs with mercy.

Hospital is always very helpful 😃 and willing to go the extra mile when it comes to service of the public. Sometimes they take a little longer than you want but it's always worth it !
