"This is the worst mortgage company I have ever worked with. They do not communicate with you and because of that we have had to move closing twice. They still have yet to confirm a closing date. When we sent them multiple emails yesterday to confirm we could close today as planned they did not respond. We tried calling and they also did not respond. We were supposed to close today (which had already been pushed once because of them) and just now found out that won't be possible. I would never recommend this company or use this company again. They do not care about their clients!"
"They were extremely helpful. They also provide meals, showers, and the ability for homeless veterans to wash clothes amongst other things. Be prepared to wait for assistance, even when you have an appt."
"Im homeless RIGHT NOW!! Their working hours say till 5 which is untrue. This place says they help vets. Then help me because im a vet thats homeless C"
"Mr. Ron is awesome. He goes above and beyond and I really appreciate his help. He helped me on my journey to change my life. Update: thanks to Mr. Ron, I have continued to build off of the help that he provided. I was able to change not only my situation but I was able to snatch and resuscitate my life. I am now working a new job and am in the beginning process of purchasing a home. Thanks Vet’s Initiatives and THANK YOU Mr. Ron for going above and beyond to help me."
"The last two times I was here, the staff was nice and got me out fast, but this time the lady at the front desk had me wait a whole hour for something that took, literally, a minute when I FINALLY got it. She seems easily overwhelmed even though it was only one person in front of me. I shouldn't have to wait that long for a piece of paper."
