My printer is broken so I had to get a shipping label in another way. I tried label broker for the first time, and didn't receive the QR code until hours later (so at the time when I had to get the package out, I just thought I wasn't going to receive the email), and I thought just having my label broker ID was enough. The clerk was extremely rude to me, cutting me off while talking, and not at all helpful. I know that I was confused and probably annoying, and I know that working with the public sucks but I was definitely a little taken aback by her attitude when I didn't approach the desk with rudeness.

The lady there today on Friday 1/14/22 was the nicest postal person I’ve ever met! Thank you so making my trip easy and efficient :)

Drivers are lazy, they've lost things I guess I didn't need like a vehicle title and a cell phone. Customer service is the equivalent of a DMV open on Christmas. Had to track down a supervisor twice to have them tell a delivery guy to come back with a package after they drove by and my tracking number said it had been delivered. There has never been a bigger argument for private carriers killing USPS than the USPS itself.

My package was return to sender without delivery attempt or missed delivery notice on door. Seem like they don't want to work on Sunday and pushed my delivery date to Saturday and didn't even try to deliver it at all.

Got notice that my DHL package was delivered. Went out to the mailbox and got my mail but their was no package. So I call at 3:24 and I am told their is between a 50 and 50 minute wait timeto talk to someone. Great...
