"My printer is broken so I had to get a shipping label in another way. I tried label broker for the first time, and didn't receive the QR code until hours later (so at the time when I had to get the package out, I just thought I wasn't going to receive the email), and I thought just having my label broker ID was enough. The clerk was extremely rude to me, cutting me off while talking, and not at all helpful. I know that I was confused and probably annoying, and I know that working with the public sucks but I was definitely a little taken aback by her attitude when I didn't approach the desk with rudeness."

"Drivers are lazy, they've lost things I guess I didn't need like a vehicle title and a cell phone. Customer service is the equivalent of a DMV open on Christmas. Had to track down a supervisor twice to have them tell a delivery guy to come back with a package after they drove by and my tracking number said it had been delivered. There has never been a bigger argument for private carriers killing USPS than the USPS itself."
