"I've had a good and bad experience with the club. The club does a lot for the kids and the majority of the staff is great. However, they lack follow-ups when children get hurt or are bullied. We had one bad experience with one of the counselors (Stacey or Tracy) who began yelling at my mom when requesting information about her grandson head injury. My nephew has also expressed not wanting to return because of her. The only reason he does is because other staff show him they actually care."
