"My husband called to inquire about his warranty on his motorcycle - as his motorcycle had broken down. The guy on the phone told him his warranty doesn’t cover anything and not to bring it over. The husband questioned this response. The man on the phone brushed him off and clearly didn’t care about losing a customer. They are rude and extremely unprofessional."

"I brought my scooter to get fix for oil leak. They said it’ll take hrs to fix seal. I notice the dirt on engine not moved meaning mechanic did nothing for inspecting of it. Main guy told me it’ll cost $1k to fix, my friend check and fix for only $ oil sensor issue."
