"My first day there and the doctor came in very upset and rudely asking me why I had left my doctor at another location . She said she didn't have time to attend to me because her schedule was very busy . I changed clinics because I live in Ysleta . She said she would change me to another doctor who didn't have many patients . I chose her because she was the only female doctor . I felt she gave me no option but with her horrible bedside manner , I wouldn't want her as my doctor anyways . With all their degrees , it doesn't matter when they act rude and uneducated . I hope the medical student was with her has more manners when she becomes a doctor . DISGUSTED !"

"Dr. Minero’s staff never answers the phone and they’re consistently messing up my information. The lab staff and nurses are kind and professional. The insurance receptionists are rude and make you blurt out all your personal information in the waiting room."

"I personally love this location. There is one dr that screwed me over twice but as of last year she hasn't been my dr anymore. My new dr more than makes up for her."

"Staff is nice but waiting is ridiculous have me fasting and a few people in the lab all morning until 1: PM. Waiting time is way to much."

"If you plan on waiting hours this is it. The staff is decent but the wait is ridiculously long. I have scheduled appointments and don’t get seen till a couple hours after that appointment time. You spend way less time with the Dr, then the actual wait."
