My husband was in need to be seen by a doctor and he waited in a room for three hrs in so much pain. He would call them through the nurse call and at first they would answer and tell him someone would be with him shortly. After a couple of time being told this they ended up not answering him anymore and would hang up through the nurse call. What kind of facility is this!! Worst place ever!!!

I took my husband to the er yesterday. He has been in and out of hospitals for the past couple of years. I have nothing but good things to say about this facility. Everyone was very attentive! Waiting room time was less than 20 minutes. There is a particular nurse I'd like to thank, Lauren Gore, THANK YOU FOR YOUR WONDERFUL CARE AND CONCERN!! You went above and beyond to find answers. It won't go forgotten. The world needs more of this care. God bless 🙏

This is the worst clinic Ice ever been to. . I recently lost my coverage and unfortunately my primary care physician and needed to desperately be seen by a doctor. I went to UMC emergency room in the the northeast and I wad terribly disappointed. I was the only patient there and they took an extremely long amount of time to get me in just to take my vitals. The wait ti see the doctor was even longer. I was suffering from hyper-tension and had not had my medication in over a week. They told me they could not help me because they only treated extreme emergencies there. I would not recommend that clinic to anyone. Their bedside manner was horrible, what little I got.

I worked in the medical field abet in psych. This is one of the worst ERs I have been in either professionally or as a patient. I went in with what I know is a damaged hip muscle but wanted to make sure it wasn't a hip fracture. They sent me to Xray. What part of I CANNOT stand on this leg do these people NOT understand? I had to get myself onto the table. I had to get myself off it too. Discharged "Rest the muscle" Okay. They expected me to walk out of the hospital. They wouldn't even give me crutches. I had to threaten to sue them if I went down because I was telling them I could NOT walk it. Finally crutches but I had to make my way out of the hospital [no rides in wheel chair as is standard for hospitals to make sure they don't get sued. The only reason I made it was because of a kind patient with a walker of all things. DO NOT GO HERE. They missed a lawsuit by the skin of their teeth. And the fact I refused to try without the crutches.

Awesome staff even when they are short staffed. Felt sorry for receptionist and registration girl who were being yelled at because of waiting time but they handled it like pros. They really should have a different location only to register Labs and another for scheduled patients so it doesn't cause an uproar.
