"I moved from Vancouver, WA, to San Antonio, Texas, and used U-Pack for my move. I booked with them a year in advance and got a great rate for the trailer. Every person I spoke to on the phone was wonderful and friendly. Unfortunately, somewhere between the local office and the call center I spoke to, things got mixed up, because I was told that their drivers don't work on weekends, so my trailer wouldn't leave until Monday, even if it was picked up on Saturday. Well, it left Portland on Saturday and arrived in San Antonio a whole week before I did. Luckily, they didn't charge me for the storage, and they were pretty prompt with picking up the trailer when I arranged for pickup. The bulkheads in it are really tricky, so I recommend watching videos on how to do it, if you can. We struggled with them. Aside from those two things, my experience was a great one. Nothing was broken and all the drivers I encountered between drop off and pick up were very friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone, despite the hiccup in delivery."
