"1 day before my move they changed the pick up location to another location 5 miles away. On their website they show they have trucks, on your move date when you go there they'll tell you to pick it up somewhere else or cancel. I scheduled it a week before to make sure I get the truck. Horrible customer service. Please update your description on trucks availability."
"Great customer atmosphere, friendly service at 4Storage4You. I had the privilege of having Felicita Langes, the Assistant Manager, address all my concerns and making sure that I was comfortable in the office and with the equipment that I was renting. She was there from start to finish. I had rented a -foot U-haul truck and it was easy to operate, very clean in the back of the truck and up in the seating area. The business place was very easy to locate. I will be using 4Storage4You in the near future. Thank you 👍😊. Owen Black"
"A blessing to have met Felicita and Durandal, they made my experience very pleasant. They went out of their way to accommodate me in every way possible. I will be back in April. Thank you so much!"
"Great staff easy to deL with and very professional"
"What a wonderful experience! Even with the glitch Felicity and the Randall were everything I could ask for to help me help my aunt get her car to Florida. I talked to Felicity on the phone over the weekend and she set up my reservation. I took my car to a U-Haul closer to me to rent a tow dolly and the woman inspected my car and said it was perfect but told me I should rent the Dolly closer to where I was getting the car so that I wasn’t driving for three hours with an empty dolly. Good advice because at the end of the trip I rode the dolly for a mile and a half empty and it was nutty. So on Monday I drove up, my aunt met me there with her car and we hooked everything up signed all the papers and then realized I had a slightly frayed wire so my lights didn’t work on one side. DeRandall did everything he could to fix it and then told me to call two other U-Haul‘s that actually handle custom hitch repair. I’m not gonna talk about the second one because they were horrible people who had absolutely no desire to help me in anyway or be even baselevel nice to anyone. The third place had a lovely lady, it was her first day and I don’t remember her name but she was so trying to help me and finally realize that Quincy their tech wouldn’t be on until Wednesday. So back to the wonderful people. I finally realized I would just have to go to Nissan and get them to change out my whole set of wires. I did that at 6 AM the next morning. And showed back up and DeRandall hooked me up and got me on the road first thing Tuesday morning. He and Felicity were lovely and helpful while still adhering to standards that make us all safe. I thank them for making a tough situation smooooooth!"
