"I signed up with Luke for a class, paid by credit card, never received PADI supplies and never took the course, was told multiple times I would be receiving them soon. Finally I asked for refund...never went through, had my bank finally resolve the issue. Would NOT recommend TWO TANKS at all. UPDATE: After disputing with the bank back in December and being reimbursed, Two Tanks disputed the dispute (claiming they had provided the service). Have had to send pages of documented texts, emails, phone calls, and bank statements to get money back. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE."

"THIS IS A SCAM We were supposed to start our scuba training back in November, Luke charged me $ up front for our classes and learning materials. The first red flag was Luke telling us we would receive paper books to start our PADI training. (Every reputable scuba trainer uses PADI elearning). Luke never was able to get these books in time for our class. We had a scuba trip in Costa Rica coming up in December and Luke said he would not be able to get us certified in time and offered us a refund. We said we wanted the refund and he stated that he would refund us the full amount immediately. He did not refund us any money. I called and texted Luke more than times over the past two months to no response. He finally sent a text back saying he will refund our money after I threatened to report him to my credit card company. The refund pended and never posted to my account. He is currently under investigation. We went and got our PADI certification at Ray Scuba in Brownsburg. Very professional and got us certified before our trip even though we had very little time. DO NOT GIVE TWO TANKS SCUBA YOUR MONEY. I’m convinced this is a scam and Luke does not have the money to pay us back."
