"I can't say enough good things about Twin Cities Tennis Camps. Dan, Bryan and team have a great setup and run an excellent program - lots of options and a lot of flexibility. We picked the summer immersion program for our daughter - 4 hours a day, 5 days a week. She started out not knowing how to play tennis. She was placed in the beginner (red ball) group, where she was taught the basics in a fun, engaging way. Right from day one, she loved it. As she got better, she was moved to the orange ball level, and after that, to the green dot level. Through a combination of fun games and learning activities, she learned the basics of strokes, rallies, serve and volley, and even match play - loving it every step of the way. Throughout the summer, Dan and team monitored progress and took a genuine interest in her development. They gave us feedback on how she was doing, and were very flexible to our needs. Thanks to the immersion program, our child has gone from not knowing how to swing a racket to now being able to play games. More importantly, she has developed a love for the game. We will definitely be continuing with TCTC!"
"This is our first year participating in TCTC. To say my kids (4 and 6 years old) love this camp is an understatement. They were signed up for half days since it’s their first summer camp experience and we figured 3.5 hours of tennis would be plenty. Man, we were wrong! It’s so much more than tennis! They provide kid centered activities from games, park play and water fun. Not to mention the snacks for sale that had my kids eager to do chores to make a dollar :) Both my littles were so upset (full tears) to leave at noon that the director worked with me to let them stay full days the remainder of the week. We’re so thankful for the kindness and flexibility of everyone in the organization. The coaches are engaging and won my kids over immediately. They were diligent about hydration and sunscreen which was comforting to witness. I’ve never seen my kids so excited to participate in an activity before. Good work TCTC!! We will be back for years to come"
"I can't recommend Twin City Tennis Camps highly enough. Dan runs great programs for both kids and adults, and brings in very talented coaches that help with skill development, knowledge of the game, and they coach to all levels of players. Not only has my tennis game improved, but I've also had a lot of fun meeting other players and joking with all of the coaches. This was the first year that I've attended Twin City Tennis Camps, but I will definitely be signing up again next year."
"Highly recommend Twin City Tennis lessons. I started with the beginner adult program this Summer and I’ve extended my lessons through the Fall. The instructors are knowledgeable and tailor the experience to your skill level, even in the group setting. Overall, good opportunity to learn tennis, meet new people, and have fun!"
"I've been loving doing the adult weeknight drills over the summer. It's great to get outside and play for 2 hours. It's a demanding workout. They are run by quality college players who offer tips and keep things moving. There's a range of skill levels so you can find a drill at your skill level. The Brookview courts in Golden Valley are in excellent condition. I've also enjoyed taking lessons from the staff and feel like they are fairly priced and a good value. In past years, my teenage son had a great experience playing in the camps. The instructors are upbeat and fun. Dan, who runs the program is a great guy who knows his stuff."
